Residents and visitors will enjoy amenities such as a café, restaurant, central park, playground, green spaces, pool, gymnasium, and a public walkway along the Fernhill escarpment. We will maintain single ownership throughout the design and build phases, ensuring the long-term vision of quality is upheld.
